t-ach year Jack sisk becomes more adept with his sheep shears. Last summer he placed fourth in the State Sheep Shearing Contest and this year we have even high, et hones for him.
Jack Sisk, Jim Yates, Randall and Glen Updike represented Rappahannock county in the State 4-H Livestock Judging Contest. This team placed fourth in the whole state. Who knows, maybe if they put forth a little more effort this year thev may win the coveted trip to Chicago.
New inembers who were initiated into the 4-H Honor Club last year were Evelyn Miller, Peachy Lvne, Eleanor Atkins. Walter B. Kilby and Jim Yates.
Paula Miller and Clenn Updike were taken into the elite All Star organization last June while they were attending short course at V. P. I.
