Wool Groweirs Must
File Before* April 30
Wool growers participating in * the I9S6 incentive payment program are put on nitice bv the Agricultural Satabilization and Conservation State Office that applications for payment must be •filed with the local ASC county office not later than April 30. 1957.
The wool program regulations. W. T. Powers, State Administrative Officer, explained, require that applications for payment be filed within 30 days after the closing of the marketing year. The 1956 marketing year for shorn wool lambs ends March 31, 1957.
Powers explained tihat any applications for payment after April 30 must be reviewed by the local ASC county committee before they can be accepted for payment.
