Never - the - less Rappahannock’s soils, climatic conditions, and locations as a whole, are, just about as favorable to dairy as they are in these courfties possibly with the exception of Loudon county. Actually I would imagine Loudon being nearer to Washington would ' heve a much greater labor problem.
