The object of this suit is to quiet and establish title of Walter Slavik and Helen M. Slavik, complainants in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to certain lands in the Jackson Magisterial District, Ranppahannock County, Virginia said lands containing 154 acres, a portion of said land having been obtained by the complainants, said Walter Slavik and Helen M. Slavik, through Mossie Brown, successor in title to James William Brown and the other portion having been obtained by said Walter Slavik ana Helen M. Slavik through title from David W. Silvey, Lucy Silvey Fleming, and W'illiam R. Silvey. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below:
