And the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter Of the suit whose names are unknown ana making them parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown”, an affidavit having been filed that they are unknown.

It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants, Frank Cabell Silvey, William Russell Silvey, Mayo Singleton Silvey, F 1 o s s i e Brown, Ed Roper, James Warren Brown, Shirley Banks, Inez b. Chutham, Douglas Banks, Amanda Brown Peasant, Marion Brown Braxton, Martha Brown Green, Mary Brown Croft, 'William Penn Brown, and Lewis Brown and the said persons made defendant by the general description “unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties” do appear within tejj day# after due publication of this order and do w-hat is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a, newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, V i rginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of this court house ot said Rappahannock County, Virginia within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office addresses given in this affidavit herein writhin ten‘days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of fact in the papers of this case
