Dies At Woodstock

Miss Elnora Jenkins known as “Miss Ellie” age 83 died Tuesday March 26 at the Miller Nursing home, Woodstock, Va. where she had been a patient for several

years. She was born in Rappahannock county on Septembber 8, 1873, daughter of the late Mathew W. Jenkins and Eliza Brown Jenkins and made her home in the county all her life. Graveside services were conducted on Thursday March 28th by her pastor the Rev. A. D. Goodson and interment was in the Masonic Cemetery, Washington, Va. She is survived by one brother Fredric G. Jenkins of Culpeper and one sister Mrs. Oscar Fincham of Rixeyville. Pallbearers were her nephews: Oscar J. Fincham, Jr. Judd Burke, Freddie Jenkins, Gabe Burke, Dewey Jenldns and Raymond Burke.
