The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst tjie owners by sale or otherwise of the real property of which Woodson Settle died seized and possessed^ which property is located in Rappahannock County, near Viewtown, containing 75.129 acres more or less, with buildings thereon and to divide the proceeds of sale amongst those entitled thereto; to reimburse the complainant, Mpry L. Davidson for monies spent for Lena Jett Settle and Maurice Settle before any disbursement is made to Lena Jett Settle and Mason Settle; to-reimburse! Mary G.
