A dwelling house and outbuildings located on the West side of Mai* Street containing 0.24 acres more or leas, as shown on a plat attached to a deed dated May 8, 1937, from Lena A. Wayland, widow, to Rosa Bishop, recorded in Deed Book 40, at Page 394, among the land records of Rapppahannock County, Virginia, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the said property, and for other, further and general relief; and it apppearing from Affidavit in due form of law now filed that the Defendant, Taylor W. Bishop, is, not a resident of the State of Virginia; that the last known posv office address of Taylor W. Bishop is 1812 G Street, N. W. Apt 205 Washington, D. C..

On consideration whereof, it Is ordered that thhe said Taylor W. Bishop do appear here within ten days after due publication of this Order in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect his interest
