Another week , . . Time seems to roll right along and a little too fast for the most of us.
Today 1 had one of the nicest phone calls from Perle Coffey in Sperryville, that I haVe ever received. Evie took the message for me.- Honestly it makes} me so very happy to know that people are reading these “Ramblings” and enjoying them . . and Perle, I love the people in Rappahannock and I hope I have many, many friends in Sperryville as I knjow I do in the rest of the County. God bless them all and may wonderful things happen to them all through years
young folks are getting married? There will be three weddings before the end of June} and one in August. You'guess Who the four will be 1 . not gossip-j- just guessing news.
We are all delighted to know Cousin Gates Jones is feeling so fine, but we are terribly sorry to hear that Cousin Bob! Miller is a patient at the University of Virginia Hospital. We all hope you will soon be home, Cousin Bob.
We were in Richmond over the weekend. Colonel and! Mrs. Frank Miller send their regards and Mary Helen Menefee Watkins sends a big hello to everyone. Arthur talked with David and Hazel Corbin. They are just fine.
Bobby Massie is on his way to France. He should bej there before long. Glenn Williams certainly seems to be enjoying the army life in Texas and especially has a “blast”, as he would 4»y, in Mexice.
