Of the 1942 persons in “labor force" who were employed during “census week” the job break-down was as follows: Agriculture (men) 1043, Construction 142, Chemical production 74, Retail trade 55, Domestic service 84, ^Agriculture (women) 47, Education service 38, Eating and drinking establishments 25. Thus 1509 are accounti ed for.
