He is a native of Sperryville, Virginia where he resides with his wife, Betty. He attended schools in "Sperryville, R.M.A., Front Royal and V.P.I. and attends the Sperryville Baptist Church.
Estes was employed by the Northern Virginia Power Company April 2, 1956, and retained this position to November 23, 1956. at which time he was granted leave to serve m the U. a. Army.
As representative for; the Rappahannock County area he will handle meter reading and collecting, servicing and installation of appliances, and will take care of line service in case of minor emergencies.
