Land Purchases
,Sgt. and Mrs. Fred L. Walker have recently sold their 40-acre “Mills Farm” near Viewtown to H. N. Alexander of Gainesville, Virginia. Mr. Alexander is die Head Master at Partridge School there’.
The sale was made by W. C. Williams, Broker of Front Royal through the cooperation of Ray T. Cannon, Realtor of Castleton.
Lt. Col. and Mrs. Ralph P. Andrewsrof Falls Church, Virgin-* La have acquired a 34-acre tract of land near Castleton, from Andrew Hawkins. This property adjoins a larger tract now owned by -the Andrews.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl H. Raub of Castleton have purchased a home with 2 acres of land located on the outer edge of Culpeper, from Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Banks. The Raubs plan to move there in the near future.
