Eugene C. Scroggins
Eugene C. Scroggins, 48, died December 14 at the University of Virginia Hospital after an illness of three weds. Mr. Clark who made his home in Flint Hill, was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Scroggins of that town.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Burke Scroggins; four daughters and two sons.
Services were conducted from Flint Hill Methodist Giurch on December 19, with interment in
