The PTA of the Sperryville Elementary School will hold their regular monthly meeting on tthe first Tuesday of each month at the school. The next meeting will be on November 1.
Mrs. McClung To Hold
.Cooking Demonstrations
Mrs. Geneva McClung associated with the Northern Virginia Power Company, will hold demonstrations on electric cooking in various communities in Rappahannock early in November.
She will be in Washington on November 1; Sperryville November 3; Amissville November 9 and Flint Hill on November 10. All demonstrations will be held in the fire house kitchen in each community at 7:30 p.m.
YWA Hayride
The girls of the YAV.A. of Mt. Iyebanon Baptist Church sponsored a hayride and picnic supper Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Burke accompanied the 15 young people who attended the party.
