THE ORDER HAS BEEN GIVEN:

Labor bosses who now dominate the National Democratic Party and its candidates have ordered Federal nullification ol the Right-to-Work Laws of Virginia and 19 other States.

KENNEDY ACCEPTS THE ORDER:

The 1960 Democratic Platform states flatly:

"We will repeal the authorization for Right-to-Work Laws."

Senator Kennedy agrees:

who sponsored a bill to repeal such Laws in 1955,

"Let me make it clear once again as I have in the past, that

- whatever office I hold -1 shall always be unalterably opposed

to so-called right-to-work laws at any level, federal

or state." (Interview in AFL-CIO NEWS, 10/1/60).

WOULD WIPE OUT VIRGINIA LAW:

Virginia's Right-to-Work Law, enacted under the sponsorship of then Governor William M. Tuck, provides that no working man shall be com* polled to pay tribute to the union bosses in order to keep his job. This Law has been tried and proved successful in 13 years of operation. Yet it will be wiped out by Federal fiat if Kennedy wins.
