This motion was unanimously carried by the group.
The following officers were elected: Chairman Raymond Johnson, Woodville; Vice Chairman Charles Palmer, Washington; secretary & treasurer, Capt. L. B. Stuart, Amissville.
A motion was made by Mrs. Paul Miller and seconded by Frank H<uff to ask each participating organization to contribute $2, to be sent to the treasurer by February 1, 1961. This money is to be used for supplies and postage.
A motion was made by Mrs. Sarah Latham and agreed by the group that their efforts should be concentrated on the four outstanding causes of accidents during this reported period—Falls 69; cutting and piercing instruments 41 ; motor vehicle 41 and machinery 35.
Mr. Lyne asked each representative to send a quarterly report of their efforts and projects to the County Secretary, who would summarize these into quarterly reports for the county and send a copy to Pick Butler, Chairman, Box 2-B Richmond, Virginia.
