There is no place like a newspaper office to encounter the unusual. I was perplexed last Tuesday night when a perfectly strange man walked in and announced that he had lost his hunting pardner in the woods. I though for a moment he was going to run a classified ad to find the man, but as it turned out, he only wanted directions to the home of an acquaintance who might help find him.

Appears as though we might have another exciting election come July. One person has already announced his candidacy for House of Delegates representing Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties and rumors are that another is about to toss his hat in the ring.

Visitation Day at R.CJH.S. held week before last, offered a splendid opportunity for parents and teachers to get together to iron out and understand problems concerning the students and the school. All parents should avail themselves of this day. (Visitation day has even been known to cure ulcers and a visit to the guidance council room can be most rewarding.)
