Last Rites For

Festus Hudson

Festus Hudson. 64, of Nethers, l ed November 24, following a long period of declining health. He was the son of the late Festus Hudson and the late Hattie Nethers Hudson of Madison County. Mr. Hudson was a member of Bethlehem Methodist Church at Nethers and a veteran of World War 1. He was a Mason, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Sunning are his wife, the former. Miss Mary (loodall; three daughters, Mrs. John E. Stelock of Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Lee Vowel I of Manassas and Mrs. Ruth H. Irvin (Thomas) of Columbus, Ohio; two sons. Ernest of Culpeper and Festus Hudson, Jr. of Washington. D. C.; seven grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Shotwell of Asheville, N. C. and, Mrs. Helen Crawford of Sumter, S. C.
