Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thompson and Ann Rodes of Fork Union spent the weekend at Rock Villa with the Browns.
Miss Peachey Lyne of Mary Washington College and David Lyne of Woodberry Forest were at home for the holidays with their parents, Mr. and Airs. W. H. Lyne. Mrs. Lyne is making satisfactory progress toward recovery following surgery. Her mother, Mrs. M. E. Cottrell of Toano is staying with her.
