Much At Christmas?
Now with the holidays over, many homemakers have found the scales are weighing too heavy.
The Extension Service in cooperation with the Health Department has planned a Weight Control Program for interested persons. The group will meet every two weeks for four months. Programs which will be of interest to the group will be planned for each meeting.
The theme of the program is “Don’t Go On A Diet._..Change A Food Habit.” These programs have been conducted in some forty counties in the state during the past few years.
Interested persons are asked to attend the first meeting to be held .Xhursday, January 12th at 7:30 p.m. at the County Health Office, Washington, Va.
