Judge Allan W. Rynhart, Chief Judge, People’s Court of Baltimore City and Judg Paul Schlitz, Chief Attorney, Legal Aid Bureau, Inc., Baltimore City are co-authors of a book, “Maryland Civil Practice Before People’s Courts And Justices.” This book presents for the first time an organized collection of practice and precedent for the People’s Courts. It contains the essence of thousands of decisions and changes that have been made in practice and procedure over a period of some twenty years.
Judge Rynhart is well known in this area since he and Mrs. Rynhart have made many friends here during visits with Capt. and Mrs. L. B. Stuart in Amissville.
Judge Rynhart was bom in Baltimore, Md. in December 18%. He attended Baltimore City College and received his LL.B degree from the University of Maryland Law School and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1920. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland State Bar Association.
Judge Rynhart is a law instructor at the Univrsity of Baltimore Law School He serves as Treasurer of the Legal Aid Bureau, Inc of Baltimore City, and as a Trustee of the South Baltimore General Hospital He currently is a member of the Advisory Council on Naval Affairs of the Fifth Naval District.! . x ■ ■■■'■*'
