If you wonder why news which you send to us is sometimes not printed, nine times out of ten the reason is that we got about the fifth carbon copy and it was almost impossible to read it. Occasionally we have more news than we can use or news is late getting to us. Other items which cannot be published are those concerning lotteries. We can neither print advertisements or news articles about them.
