Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Starks of Woodville, Va. have announced the marriage of their daughter Ellen, to Ernest Fletcher, son of Mrs. Amanda Fletcher and the late Marshall Fletcher of Washington, Va. The wedding took place at the home of Rev. Smith Timbers in Washington, Va. on Sunday, October 15 at 10:30.
