Canoeists Brave

Apnroximately thirty members of “The Voyagers,” a national canoe club, launched their boats Sunday morning in th Thorntort River near Sperryville for an ex. citing trip down the river.
When the thirteen crafts returned in the afternoon, the canoeists all agreed that it was the most beautiful, as well as one of the most challenging of their many voyages on Virginia’s “White Waters.”
The party was entertained at a “drying-out session” and served coffee before an open fire at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward
