III! They say in our neighboring county, Fauquier, Judge R. (H. Marriott of the county court gives a handsome ball point pen, inscribed with the message “Courtesy is Contagious,” to every convicted traffic 4aolator who goes through his court. The pens are purchased by the Judge with personal furtds. Judge Marriott also has a "400 club” consisting of those convicted of going 100 miles per hour or more. TTtey get a $100 fine, 100 days in jail and lOO^ay license suspension.
