Mrs. Annie King of Washington has been spending several days with her sisters, Mrs. Wallace Weaver and Mrs. Carlyle Brown, and her sister-in-law Mrs. Frank Butler. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Johnson and children of Riverdale, Md. were callers at the hope of the Browns Sunday and Mrs. King returned home with them.
Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Butler were Sunday visitors of Miss Mary Starks at Peola Mills.
Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Lee Payne and children at Trevillian. Mrs. Payne underwent surgery March 5 at Martha Jefferson Hpspital, Charlottesville and returned to her home the 14th.
Mrs. Sam O’Bannon and her mother, Mrs. M. K. Norris of Rixeyville spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. George Thornhill.
Sunday, Mrs. Waver Kennedy, and daughter Betty of Arlington visited Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Sisk at Sperryville.
Mn and Mrs. Brice Biggers spent last weekend visiting Mr. and Mrs. George Sabine and family of Damascus, Md.
George Baber, Jr. of Annandale was a weeknd guest of Miss Ruby Jean Brooke and her mother, Mrs. Iris Brooke.
