The object of the above styled suit ia to recover money due the plaintiff from the defendant for labor and materials furnished the defendant by the plaintiff in the drilling of a water well by the plaintiff for the defendant on land owned by the defendant in the Village of Amissville, Rappahannock County, Virginia, during April of 1962, and to subject the said land to the aforesaid debt: And j it appearing by Affidavit filed ac-! cording to law, that Rev James W. Powers, the above named defendant, is not a resident of this state, but is a resident of the state of Maryland. residing at Rr.ute 1. Hairerstown Maryland, it is therefore ordered that the said Rev. James W. Powers da appear w’ithin ten days after due publication of this older, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court, and to do what is necessary to protect his interest; And it is further ordered that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper printed in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, and the newspaper prescribed by our said Circuit Court
