Saturday, March 6, 1965 9:30 A. M. At The Front Door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by George H. Williams and Bernice Virginia Williams, his wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated January 23, 1957, and recorded January 29, 1957, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 66, at page 273, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust • having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), ] the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer ' for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Saturday, March 6, 1965, at 9:30 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit: “All that certain lot or parcel of land, lying and being situate in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Chester’s Gap, near the Warren County line, said lot being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: ‘Beginning at a point about 3’ East of a locust tree to a corner to the Chester Gap road and Stanley Williams’ line in a northerly direction a distance of 204’ to a maple tree thence in a southwestern!)’ direction a distance of 143’ to the center of a culvert in the Chester’s Gap Road, thence with the Chester Gap Road a distance of 146’ to the point or place of beginning’.” This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by George H. Williams by deed from Herbert Williams, et ux, dated March 29, 1949, and recorded July 14, 1949, in the aforesaid Clerk's OfTice in Deed Book 52 at page 199.
