Adult Ed. Classes
Begin Oct. 23rd
Adult classes in basic education are scheduled to begin Monday, October 23 at Rappahannock County High School. The classes will be held twice each week, Monday and Wednesday nights and will begin at 7 p. m. Classes last about 2 1/2 hours each. These classes will focus upon individuals who are 18 years or older, who are not enrolled in a secondary school and whose achievement level is below the eighth grade. There will be no cost to the student. Especially designed tools for teaching adults will be used to teach reading, writing and arithmetic. Those who are interested in attending the school should contact Robert Long at Warren County High School, Front Royal or may enroll by being present for the first class on Monday, October 23 at Rappahannock County High School.
