Clifford Miller, Jr. was recognized as Rappahannock Conservation Farmer of the Year at the annual awards hau(|uet of the ( ulpeper Soil Conservation which wras held last Wednesday at Graves Lodge, Syria. This certificate is given a farmer who has developed an outstanding conservation program. Mr. Miller resides in Richmond, but owns Mt. Vernon Stock Farm at Sperryville. With him is Mrs. Miller. When he was awarded the honor. Mr. Miller said he would have to give the credit to Eddie Wood, left. Conservationist with the Soil District in Culpeper, and to his farm manager, Edwin Scroggins, right.
