All veterans and widows who receive nonservice connected pension or death pension and parents who receive Death Indemnity Compensation will receive an annual income questionnaire with the Veterans Administration check for November which they will receive on December 1. Pension and death pension under both the “old" and “new" pension laws, and Death Indemnity C o m p e n sation for parents are subject to income limitations; and the Veterans Administration checks on income each year by sending an annual income questionnaire card *jo each individual, who is receiving a check for one of these benefits. Failure to return the annual income questionnaire by January 31, 1968, will cause the Veterans Administration to stop the benefit check and create an overpayment against the person receiving the benefit.
