Lots of people have been talking and writing about availability of sanitary land filled dumps. “Let’s hold our greatest resource Rappahannock’s natural beauty. People are going to dump non-burnables along our roadsides aslongas no dumps are provided. We will continue to have to pay highway crews to clean-up behind litterbugs as long as we are without dumps." So tax dollars must be spent by our Highway Department to clean-up rather than to improve and maintain good safe roads.
