Visit Area Friday

Rep. John O. Marsh, Jr., vill visit this area Friday January 5) during a brief Congressional recess. Marsh will be at the post office at Gordonsville at 9:00 j.m., after which he will move o the County Court Houses u Orange (10:00 a.m.), Madison (12:00 Noon), and Washingon (2:00 p.m.) Following a stop at the post affice in Sperryville at 3:00 p.m., he will finish the day’s schedule at the Court House in Culpeper at 4:00 p.m. He said he would be happy to meet with any citizen havng business involving any tgency of the Federal Coverr> nent. He added that he regret ed that the prolonged session t>f Congress had prevented his naking as many community visits during 1967 as informer ^ears, and that the short ecess would limit the num per he could schedule before he reconvening of Congress, lanuary 15. “Despite the limited time, I vas glad to have had the opportunity of visiting each of he 17 counties and 7 indepenient cities of this large seventh Congressional Disrlct before returning to Wash ngton to prepare for the second Session of the 90th Con tress,* Marsh Commented.
