Margaret Groves Clark vs. Theodore Clark The object of this suit is to obtain a final divorce (a vinculo matrimonii) on the grounds that the parties hereto have been separated and living apart without cohabitation and without interruption, for a period of more than two years. An affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Theodore Clark, is not a resident of the Suite of Virginia.
