Mr. and Mrs. S. VV. Riley were afternoon visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Clore Jr. at Brightwood.

Mrs. J. L. Walters and Mrs. Julia Curtis accompanied Mrs. A. C. Latham to Culpeper Monday and were visitors of Mrs. Leland Walter there.

The Amissville Ladies Auxiliaryheld its Christmas Party Tuesday evening with a dinner at Hampton Inn near Washington. Nineteen members and one guest attended.

George Kidwell is a patient in the Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton with a ruptured disc.

Mrs. David Hoadley of Arlington and Mrs. C. C. Cockerill were weekend guests of Mrs. Sarah Latham and Miss Susan Latham.

Mr. and Mrs. Rufus IJt/, of Catalpa were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs B. F. Jolliffe.

Mrs. A. C. Latham and Mrs. Ethel Cooksey attended a recital Sunday in Culpeper where Jennifer Carder, granddaughter of Mrs. Latham, performed. They also visited Mrs. Juliett Greer at the Virginia Baptist Home and Mrs. Annie Latham at Sunset Haven Nursing Home.
