granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam North. Mrs. Minnie Williams, Eddie Goranson, Pearl Mills and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Williams visited at the Funeral Home on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Lewin Williams, Mrs. Sam North, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack North attended the funeral service on Sunday.
Sam North went to the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville on Monday for a check-up.
Mr. and Mrs. Gene Shoemaker of Happy Creek visited Mr. and Mrs. Timmy Williams and family last week.
The next meeting of the Chester Gap Home Demonstration Club will be held on Thursday night, March 12 at 7:30 at the fire hall. The program will be on “Decoupage.” All ladies in the area are invited to attend.
