talk on taxes
John A.B. Davis, Commissioner of Revenue of Culpeper County, was guest speaker for the February 16 meeting of Amissville Ruritan Club.
He spoke on state and federal income taxes, a most timely subject, and a question and answer period followed.
A report by the finance committee disclosed fruitful results from the pancake supper held recently.
The program closed with a report on Ruritan District activities by Chris Holmes of Sumerduck, who is Rappahannock Ruritan District Governor. □
