THESE bare facts are placed before the citizens of Rappahannock, so that they will know the precarious state their library is in and help it exist through their support.
The Elementary School children use the Library, the High School students research their papers with Rappahannock Library reference books, resident adults use the library for instruction, information and pleasure. Everyone used the Library 32% more last year than in any previous year, proof that now there’s a growing need for a public . library in the County.
