A HIGHLIGHT of the fall season in Rappahannock County is the annual House Tour and Dried Flower Arrangement Sale sponsored by the Women of the Church of Bromfield Parish, which takes place this weekend.
Salesroom for the arrangements, which reflect the work of many months, will be in the Parish Hall of Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, Va. Hours for the Sale and Tour are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Coinciding with the tour and sale will be the annual Display and Sale by the Arts and Crkfts Group, to be held at the Sperryvilie fire hall on Route 211 west of Sperryville. A wide variety of local handicrafts will be on display and for sale.
In the area of the Trinity parish hall the Rappahannock Women’s Club will hold a Bake Sale and various other tiems.
FOR THE convenience and enjoyment of all visitors, a box lunch will be served across from the street from the church by patrons of the Community Center.
Three homes in the Flint . Hill area will be open for tour. Block tickets will be $2, and $1 will be charged
