COMBINING Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties’ Juvenile and Domestic Court “service units” was approved at the October 11 meeting of the Fauquier Board of Supervisors.
Whether Loudoun will join the two counties is up to the Loudoun Board of Supervisors. Since Rappahannock had no existing “service unit,” the decision for that county was made, in effect, by new state legislation providing for judicial reorganization.
