Henry Clayton Corder, 74, of Front Royal died May 20 in the Lynn Care Center of Warren Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Rappahannock, born at Viewtown March 25, 1900, a son of the late Clayton Corder and Lutricia Day Corder.

He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Vivian Hogue of Amissville, Mrs. Aubrey Mayhugh of Fairfax, Mrs. Patricia Showers and Mrs. Julia Dowell, both of Culpeper, and Mrs. Deborah Gue of Front Royal; four sons, Henry Jr. of Front Royal, William of Quantico, Edward of Portsmouth and Elmer of Alexandria.
