(DST) AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE IN IN WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA .Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by John J. Lipko and Susanna L. Lipko, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated February 8, 1974, and recorded February 26, 1974, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 119, at page 133, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing Hie holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W. E.
