The real estate herein described is a part of a larger tract of land devised Florence L. Dennis and Laura C. Pulliam by Gertie V. Coates by will dated May 29, 1940, admitted to probate and recorded August 6, 1940, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Will Book K, at page 266, the interest of Laura C. Pulliam having been conveyed to Florence L. Dennis by deed dated May 20, 1947, and recorded January 3, 1968, in the aforesaid Clerk s Office in Deed Book 90, at page 549. ■ Reference is made' to a plat and survey of said tract of land hereby offered for sale, the same being recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 96, at page 67.
