Local Cancer
unit meets
Eleven members of the Rappahannock Unit, American Cancer Society, met last Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Robert Rodgers, president. A discussion on the proposed skin clinic was a major item of business and plans are being formulated for this clinic in March. Pamphlets will be distributed on the subject prior to that time.
A film, “Let’s Call It Quits,’’ . which was shown at Rappahannock Library last week, was also shown at the local high school on Friday. This is another way in which crusade funds can and will benefit Rappahannock people; Mrs. Rod-^ gers plans to use all available means of deriving local benefits from funds realized in the bounty.
