Rappahannock County has one of the highest percentages of its boys in scouting, says Captain H.W. Holschuh, chairman of the Boy Scout sustaining Membership Enrollment. “Ih a county of only 5,000 people, we have five Boy Scout troops and two Cub packs. These boys need your support,” added Holschuh.
