Frank Glin Kinsey, 80, of Amiss - ville died April 24, 1977 at his residence near Ben Venue. He was a native of Rappahannock, son of the late William Kinsey and Elzora Carter Kinsey. His wife was the late Annie Peyton Kinsey.

Mr. Kinsey was retired from the Virginia Department of Highways. He was a member of the Massanova Penecostal Church.
