A funeral service for Elzie Wilson Jenkins of Winchester was held Wednesday at the Geest Funeral Home Chapel conducted by „ the Rev. Ronald Wiley. Burial followed in Sperryville cemetery.
Mr. Jenkins, 49, died Saturday at Winchester Memorial Hospital. He was1 the son of the late William Steven Jenkins and the late Minnie Fincham Jenkins of Rappahannock County.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Putman of Maurertown; three sons, Bobbie Wilson Jenkins and Robert Franklin Jenkins of Winchester and Elzie Wilson Jenkins of Berryville; two sisters, Mrs. Estelle Stallings of Texas, Mrs. Edna Riddle of Front Royal; four brothers, George W. Jenkins of Culpeper, Floyd Thomas Jenkins of Front Royal, Robert H. Jenkins and Charles Jenkins of Sperryville.
The pallbearers were James A. Yancey, Robert H. Jenkins Jr., C. Wilson Jenkins, Thomas W. Jenkins, Donnie Jenkins and Charles Jenkins. □
