ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to quiet the title of Levi Atkins, Complainant, in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to a certain parcel of real estate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on northwest side of State Secondary Route #648, containing 3.4271 acres, said land alleged to have been obtained by the Complainant’s and ids pre*uecessors in title by adverse possession for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) years, pursuant to Title 58, Section 1055 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of the suit whose names are unknown and making them parties unknown by the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN.”
It is ordered that die said persons made defendant by the general description of “Unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties: 49 appear within ten days after the publication of fids order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of fids order be published orite a week for four successive weeks in Se Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of fids Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of fids order of publication, and that the Clerk file a certificate of the fact in the papers of fids cause.
