This letter is in response to Geo. Davis’s suggestion to shoot stray dogs. I’m a week late in writing this due to a vacation.
I do not have an answer to the problem, but my comment is dogs are like children. Parents don’t always know where their kids are at night or what they do when they do “go out.” Certainly the Sheriff or his deputies don’t run around shooting them.
So before a decision is made to “shoot them,” please think a little
