CHICKEN BARBECUE
A chicken barbecue will be held Saturday, May 14 at the recreation center at Washington from 1 to 4 p.m. Hie barbecue is sponsored by the Cub Scout Pack 123, and is $2 per person. The regular meeting of Cub Pack 123 will be Friday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. in the parish hall of the Episcopal Church in Washington. □

Commonwealth’s Attorney George H. Davis, Jr., sustained chest injuries in a farm tractor accident Friday at his property near Washington. He is a patient in Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton, and his condition is “stable,” according to Mrs. Davis Wednesday morning. □
